- 2.Multi-workout use: the bar can be connected to resistance bands with carabiners (bands and carabiners not included), suitable for chest press, bench press, deadlift, squat, upright rows, bicep curls, shoulder presses, calf raises, triceps presses, stretching, mobility, warm-up and flexibility training.
- 3.Material and load capacity: made of cast iron with a maximum load capacity of up to 800 lb, and covered with foam rubber for a more comfortable grip during workouts.
- 4.Portable to carry: the detachable structure takes up little space and is easy to store and transport, making it suitable for use at home, in the office or in a hotel room.
