Answer: Playstation 2, some Playstation one, may need Playstation one memory card to save the game. -

Answer: It works but I have to put something heavy on the disc lid like a book or something in order for it too read discs. -

Answer: Unfortunately no. PS2 consoles are region locked. You would need a 'NTSC-J' model to play Japanese games. This console is PAL (Europe and Oceania), meaning you can only play PAL games on it. -

Is this PS2 console the EU version?
Answer: Our version 'SwallowGames' is a PS2 PAL version with 3 pin plug, we cannot say that other sellers are selling the same as there are some international sellers often selling this product, so I would say it would depend on the seller. -

Why is this console £200? Is it brand new in the box?
Answer: It needs to be for that price.
