Do I get ice pack and Velcro strap for one price?
Answer: No, they are two reusable packs that can be put in the freezer to ice or in the microwave to heat. They are both individuals, not joined by Velcro, the picture just shows them side by side. -

How long do they stay cold for?
Answer: At least a couple of hours. -

How long do the packs stay hot please?
Answer: This depends on how hot you want them. I found they stayed warm enough for me for 8 - 10 minutes, but they can be put back in the microwave straight away. I felt they needed 50% longer in the microwave than suggested.
