The M-D Building Products 8631 1-Inch - 36-Inch High Bumper Threshold is a quality product that serves its function of keeping critters from entering the house. Most of the customers have found it easy to install and of good quality. Some have replaced the screws that come with it and used concrete screws instead for a better fit. One reviewer used it for an inswing door and had to make some adjustments, but overall found it to be well built. It has a thicker rubber seal for the door side and two rubbers underneath. However, one customer found the bumper threshold to be of very cheap quality, with the aluminum base being very thin and easily dented, and the screws being too short for installation on wooden floors. The 2-pack comes with only one main seal, so some customers have received their package without the seal, making the bumper threshold useless. They do not recommend this product.
