- The Atmor PRO XTP 18kW Electric Tankless Water Heater delivers instant, continuous hot water for your entire home. Ideal for 1–2 bathrooms in warm climates or one bathroom in cooler regions, this compact wall-mounted unit supports multiple showers and faucets at once. With 3.8 GPM max flow and self-modulating technology, it heats water only as needed, reducing energy costs and eliminating standby heat loss. A digital panel allows precise temperature control from 90°F to 125°F in 1°F increments. The internal stainless steel components are durable and corrosion-resistant, and the unit includes a dual cutoff system for over-temperature protection. Designed with standard 1/2-inch NPT fittings for easy installation, it requires (2) 40-amp double pole breakers and (2) 8/2 AWG wires. This energy-efficient system is cETL certified, lead-free, and features a 0.98 UEF rating. Built in Italy by Atmor, a trusted global brand for over 95 years. Includes a 2-year limited parts warranty and 7-year leak-free warranty.
