How does it taste?
Answer: The taste is fine...its the consistency I couldn't get passed. VERY thick, like drinking syrup. I preferred the NOW Sports brand. Great taste and the consistency is like water. -
Question:
The product has 16 ounces and suggests two tablespoons a day before physical exercise , so if I calculate two tablespoons per day, only lasts 15 days?
Answer: Mine lasted about 5 weeks and I run 5-6 times a week. I take 1 tbsp before exercising and another after. It has helped me twice to lose the stubborn extra lbs I needed to lose. -

Does this have to be taken at the same time everyday? Or it doesn’t matter as long as it’s 30-60min before exercise?Can it be taken at different times?
Answer: I usually take when I wake up .. so I won’t forget and then again during the day .. try to 1500mg per day... -

Do you refrigerate this product and what happens if you don't? I prefer to take this before cardio and like to carry the bottle with me to the gym.
Answer: It does say refrigerate after opening. In the winter months I keep it in my car and take a swig before I head into the gym. In the summer I keep it in the fridge at work and take a swig before I leave for the gym. This one is SUPER thick tho. I went back to the NOW Foods brand after I finished this one...the consistency is much better. Same great results! -

L-Carnitine is optimal when taken before a workout but can this product be expected to work rest days with little activity?
Answer: Yes yes yes. L carnitine should be taken 30 minutes before your meal. It latches onto fats and helps use fat as an energy source. Their are a number of great benefits to using it every day.You should be getting around 4000 mg a day, but most people get 1000mg. So taking the above product twice a day as suggested helps. They also make alot of 500mg pills or liquids you can jse before every meal to help you use fats as previously mentioned. Google 'Lcarnitine on bodybuilder.com' to see an exteinsive list of effects. -

Answer: I don't know for sure, but I prefer the liquid form personally and I assume it gets absorbed more quickly -

What are the ingredients in this? And how reliable is this company for honesty in this ingredient list?
Answer: The company Met-Rx is one of the best and most trusted companies in Sports Nutrition, they have been around for a while. In regards to ingredients, label states: 15 calories, 4g carbohydrates, 10mg Pantothenic Acid (as D-Calcium Pantothenate) and 1500mg L-carnitine (1.5g). The label does says that the product contains some sugar alcohols in it. If you want a cleaner version without the sugar alcohol, try a pill/capsule form although a little more expensive, sometimes double and triple the price of this liquid. I like this because it is convenient, and price. I am a fitness competitor and I used it only twice a day on workout days, pre and post workout only, 1 tablespoon each which is 1.5g of l-carnitine (serving size) So I am not too worry about the sugar alcohol for now. Hope this helps. -
