The product is effective in masking scratches on leather sofas, car seats, and steering wheel. The kit comes with a filler that helps in filling up tears and sanding it before smoothening it out. The color of the product helps in blending the scratches. However, it will never make the surface as smooth as when it was new. The product is great for restoring old couches, making a 20-year-old couch look almost 15 years old. The instruction video on YouTube is an excellent guide on how to use the product. The product can be used on automotive leather seats to mask cat scratches without any adverse effects. Leather Max Complete can be used on metallic goldish chairs, but it does not come in a metallic color shade. The product works well in covering scratches, but it depends on the marks. Bright neon nail polish on arms and ink pen on seats can be covered up with several coats applied with a cotton swab or a thin coat on the rest of the section. The product has a chalky finish that comes off when any type of beverage is introduced to the leather again. It is not a permanent finish. However, applying a good sealer can help make it more durable. Overall, the product is effective in giving worn-out furniture a fresh look.
