This hutch is made of softwood and does not have predrilled holes. It is not very durable and may only last for one or two years. The roof can detach, it may crack down the back, the tray may stick on one side, and the run may break. The hutch is appropriate for small rodents and other small animals but may not be suitable for guinea pigs, rabbits or chickens due to its small size. Putting additional protection over the hutch when using it outdoor and leaving it outside is recommended to protect the animals from predators. The ramp takes up a lot of space on the bottom that could be used for toys and accessories.
