- Electrical Specs and Response Time: Operates at 12V DC with plus or minus 10% tolerance, drawing 1.5 A at 18 W rated power. The valve opens or closes in under one second when energized, with an estimated service life exceeding one million cycles under normal operating conditions.
- Stainless Steel Body and Viton Seal: The valve body is machined from industrial-grade stainless steel for corrosion resistance across a temperature range of 14 to 248 degrees Fahrenheit (-10 to 120 degrees Celsius). The Viton seal resists gasoline, kerosene, and organic solvents where NBR seals may degrade.
- Pressure Range and Flow Capacity: Rated 0 to 101 PSI for water and air, 0 to 72 PSI for oil, with a 16 mm flow aperture and 4.8 Cv flow coefficient delivering 4.8 GPM of water at 60 degrees Fahrenheit and 1 PSI pressure drop. Connections are 1/2 in female NPT.
- Duty Cycle Note and Standards Compliance: This valve is not rated for continuous duty beyond 8 hours energized — the coil reaches up to 80 degrees Celsius under load. Not suitable for strong acids, bases, or wastewater. Compliant with Chinese national standard JB/T7352-2010.
