What is difference between this model and the CP1300 ?
Answer: Mostly aesthetic. Same paper tray, same cartridges, controls on 1300 are more button based, while 1500 is more internal menu based. Both are fairly intuitive. You should be able to feel comfortable after a few minutes. -

Answer: No. It uses a specialized “photo pack” that combines glossy photo paper with sublimation color dye. -

And, you can connect it to a home Wi-Fi and use it as a wireless printer that way. -

Will this print a 5x7 photo?
Answer: This printer will only print on the paper that is made for the printer. This is the item I order for it. Canon KP-108IN. -

How is this different from cp1300?
Answer: Not a lot, my 1300 had broken but am able to use the paper/inks and the box that I had for the old one. Plus, the expensive battery pack works too. It is easier to use and there are more options for layouts etc. I am pleased with it. -

Answer: I think you can use a memory stick to download the images you want to print out but my recommendation is to watch the tutorial YouTube video. I think I saw one professional photographer did mention that the Selphy 1500 can print out pictures from a downloaded USB memory stick. Do a test to see if it will work. -

Answer: Yes you can smaller and sticky back paper are options. You just have to purchase a different loading tray. -
