If you have a 750watt power inverter & deep cycle battery, it can work all day long with the battery properly mounted and the inverter in a place where it can breathe. The blender's color is silver and green, despite the product description saying it is white. The machine has an overflow container in the back, the size of a pocket protector which needs to be emptied at least every half hour to an hour. Margaritaville Bahamas Frozen Concoction Dual Mode Beverage Maker is used to make frozen drinks and not a regular kitchen blender. Although it shaves ice, it cannot produce a slurpee-like texture.
