The Loxx Boxx Household Large is a great solution for those who live in high theft areas, it provides a secure way to keep packages safe. The app that comes with the box helps manage access, deliveries, tamper and monitors temperature. It also sends notifications straight to your phone. Customers can also use a simple pin code instead of the app. The external electronics are water resistant and weatherproof with an IP63 rating for the control panel. However, the product isn't without its issues. Majority Amazon drivers ignored the box or put packages on top of the box instead of inside. The locking and unloading features are also not easy for carriers and need better instruction manuals or video. Setup can be tricky for some users and the locking mechanism can be unreliable at times. While it's possible to charge the box with any micro USB cord and portable charger, it would be better if it had a power option available. Lastly, it requires a subscription to use the temporary code feature, which can be expensive for regular users.
