Customers have found it very useful for catching mice and squirrels in the attic, chipmunks in the garden, and a pack rat making a mess on the deck. Although some customers found it too small for larger rodents like gophers and rats, others have caught more than ten rats in the trap. However, some customers have had issues with squirrels destroying the trap and with rats destroying the mechanisms of the trap. There were also some complaints about the sensitivity screw not working and the trap being too small for Texas field mice.
