The Coolerguys thermal plastic ducting is a flexible duct that is designed to fit with any standardized 120 mm fan. It cannot be shortened as it is all one piece with a flange at the end that will be lost if cut. Some customers have used it successfully as a soldering fume extractor or with an Antminer S9. However, others have found that the fitting is 120mm but the tubing is only 90mm so it restricts the airflow. The tubing is also the lowest quality some customers have ever seen with no metal spiral for strength, and is very hard to resize compared to most. Thankfully, others only need the end caps which will do what they need with a higher quality duct from elsewhere.
