The majority of users found the fan to be easy to put together and install, although some had difficulties finding a downrod long enough for their high ceilings. It is a smart ceiling fan with a mobile app that requires a hub. The smart features worked perfectly for most people who used them, allowing them to control the fan speed and light settings remotely. However, some of the hardware is made from plastic and comes in contact with screw holes, making installation difficult. The instructions are confusing, and one user mentioned contradicting statements in the Wi-Fi connection section. A few users complained about the noise, some of the rubber hardware being bad, and the wobble of the fan after installation.
