The SentrySafe SFW123ES safe dimensions on the inside are 13.8in high x 12.6in wide x 11.9in deep. It has a combination dial lock and an external battery tray to change the batteries. Additional accessories can be bought for the safe by contacting Customer Support. The shelves can be adjusted as it has multiple slots for the shelf, and it does not sweat on the inside. However, the shelf is flimsy and bows under minimal weight. Customers have complained about the safe's handle randomly ceasing to open even with the right pin inputted, making it unreliable. One person had trouble opening the safe and had no response from SentrySafe. Other customers claim the SentrySafe SFW123ES is a solid safe for the price and can store jewelry, firearms or any other important item securely.
