Une querelle qui l'oppose à Serge Lifar se règle par un duel resté célèbre.En France, à Monaco, aux Etats-Unis, Gérard Mannoni a recueilli les témoignages d'Elisabeth de Cuevas, fille du marquis, de Rosella Hightower, de tous ceux qui ont été les derniers témoins de cette hallucinante saga.
