It would have been better if they included this vital information in the manual or packaging. The battery is also necessarily heavy given its lead-acid composition, and problems with battery issues have not been covered in the Asurion protection plan. Some customers experienced issues with the unit breaking down after a few months, but most customers reported that it is an excellent purchase, and it is ideal for indoor performances where power supply is a challenge.
