Unfortunately, this complicated product hasn't lived up to the expectations of many customers. First and foremost, the setup is difficult, and despite the availability of numerous software, none of them helps in finding the gateway. The instructions provided are deemed useless, and the configuration options found on the website are complicated and illogically arranged. In addition to the setup issues, another major problem is that the device isn't recognized as a Modbus device, and therefore isn't capable of delivering its core functionality. Despite the good intentions and features of this product, such as MQTT, Modbus TCP, and RR485 support, it is unfortunately unusable.
