Does this shoe have a good arch support?
Answer: I add my own. As most sneakers are lacking arch support as a general rule. I use Superfeet- I teach Jazzercise so my Rykas are my go to shoe for this activity- I teach 3-5 classes every week and Ryka has been the only show I have ever used. -

Are the insoles removable?
Answer: Yes insoles are removable but sizing of these shoes is quite small - I ordered my usual size and they were too small - had to give them away. -
Question:
I wear 7.5 wide New Balance sneaker. What size should I order in order to replace its original insole with orthotic insole customized for my feet?
Answer: This sneaker runs a little short. I am a 6 wide and I think I would have been better off with a 6 1/2. My toes are right to the front. If I had an insert, it would not be comfortable. I would recommend an 8. The width is very good. -

How is arch support on these? Any difference noticed between this and Influence 2?
Answer: I bought both 2 and 2.5 and returned 2.5 because they seemed exactly the same and the 2.5 was more money. Arch support is good. -

How do these differ from the regular Ryka influence sneakers?
Answer: Not sure of difference, but round mark on sole of shoe is good for aerobic exercise. -

Answer: The normal medium width is actually quite narrow therefore you may be ok with a wide shoe choice. -
