Question:
Can I take this apart to make it easier loading in the car?
Answer: No, not as far as I can tell. There are simply no parts of the scooter that detach and reattach easily enough to simplify loading and/or unloading. -

Can we move the brake to the right side?
Answer: While moving the hand break to the right-hand side looks to be physically possible, I would not suggest doing so, especially for a novice. The hand break and the horn share the same wiring harness, and there may not be a sufficient amount of play in the harness to move the break without also having to decouple several inches of the harness to free up wires to the break and horn. Also, flipping the break over to the right-hand side would invert the break locking mechanism, which could make breaking, and definitely locking the break awkward and cumbersome. Physically doable? I believe so. However, I’d strongly recommend against attempting it, unless you are accustom to doing that sort of thing, and you are good at it!!! -

Answer: I don't think so. If so not very easy. I would like mine off too. Would also like to raise the seat. It is very low. I am 5'4 and set is very low and not adjustable.

This updated electric wheelchair is a folding, lightweight, heavy-duty option that has a weight capacity of 265 lbs. It has a reverse gear and the brake and horn are wired together, making it difficult to move the brake to the right-hand side. Replacement seats can be ordered separately, although it seems challenging to remove the child seat. The seat height is not adjustable and may be too low for some users. Overall, this power wheelchair seems capable and the addition of a reverse gear is a nice feature. However, the inability to detach parts for easier loading and unloading as well as the difficulty in adjusting the brake position could be deal-breakers for some users. The fixed, non-adjustable seat height may also be an issue for some users.
