The chair is adjustable, comfortable and at an affordable price. However, some users have experienced issues with the lift cylinder failing and the tilt lever not having enough force to keep the chair tilted where set. The arms are removable, but there are no complaints that the back recline and the chair tilts. The seat provides great support even for taller people up to 6'3".
