Many of the episodes skip entire sections because of these scratches. Customers seem to have received this defective product even after being assured that they will receive a quality product. It is hard to watch all DVDs in 30 days, which is Amazon's return policy, hence customers are advised to look for other sources for this product. Despite the great story and acting, the discs skip and cut off before the end, which indicates a lack of quality assurance during the production of the batch.
