ASICS Men's Trabuco Max Trail Running Shoes are designed for someone that is running on the front half of their foot, making them unsuitable for walking. The shoe has great traction for trails; however, if you're walking on rough terrain, it’s recommended getting dedicated trail shoes and/or shoes with more ankle support. The sizes listed are United States sizes, and the toe box has plenty of room. The material is very sturdy & well-Constructed with deep grooves on the bottom, great for crunching across snow and salty surfaces. The shoes can be a bit softer, almost to the point of a little unstable. They are a bit pricey for general purpose use, and their design extremes have limitations.
