The Mcdavid Knee Brace offers maximum support and compression for knee stability, patellar tendon support, tendonitis pain relief, and ligament support, making it the ideal compression sleeve for men and women. The brace is sold as single units. The brace runs smaller, so you should go with the next larger size up for the best fit. The brace is made from neoprene, making it ideal for use under pants. However, it can make your leg seem wider on the outer side, which may cause the brace to mark your pants leg. The brace contains both medial and lateral hinges designed to prevent excessive varus and valgus motion. Although it has a relatively full range of mobility, it should do a good job of keeping your knee straight.Sizing needs to be taken around the thigh area to get a good fit. As per customer reviews, the knee brace was comfortable and effective in stabilizing weak knees, and it even aided some users in healing from previous knee injuries. However, a few customers found it uncomfortable to wear.
