Answer: Yes, AmeriColor Bright White Soft Gel Paste will actually work for both sugar cookie glaze and royal icing. -

Will this make my buttercream icing snow white?
Answer: Yes. It makes the buttercream very white. -

Does it change the taste of a butter cream frosting?
Answer: Any food coloring as far as I know will change the taste of anything if you put in too much. The Brite White is very concentrated so a little bit goes a long way. Make sure you shake it every time you want to use it. It does tend to settle at the bottom and what is left on top is watery. I use about four or five drops in a batch of buttercream and I add it with my other liquid. -

So in the description says the bottle is 7.9 in tall, why is the same size as the 13 oz bottle??? Is it 20 oz or 13oz???
Answer: Hello,AmeriColor Bright White Soft Gel Paste is offered in the same 13.5 oz size as our other Soft Gel Paste colors, but due to the density of the white pigment, Titanium Dioxide, the net wt for this size is 20oz. -
