  • Question: Is it compatible with Apple HomeKit?

    Answer: Yes, but you can't review previously recorded clips that are triggered via motion sensors when linked to HomeKit.
  • Question: How many cameras can be on a single base?

    Answer: One Homebase can add up to 16 cameras.
  • Question: Do you have to take these down to charge? It not how do you charge them?

    Answer: You can run a battery pack with a charging cable and don’t have to bring it down.
  • Question: Where is the single add on camera for the cam 2c pro?

    Answer: With my kit, two camera came only.
  • Question: If it is set to human detection, will it pick up vehicles?

    Answer: No, it won't pick up vehicles.
  • Question: Can these be hard wired to maintain the charge? What is the charger connection type?

    Answer: They use standard USB cable. Although they do run when plugged in to charge, you may lose weather proofing if hard wired into a USB.
  • Question: Are these waterproof?

    Answer: Yes.
  • Question: Does the 2C Pro have the same Sony Starvis sensor as the Eufy 2 Pro?

    Answer: Yes, both EufyCam 2C Pro and 2 Pro use the same sensor.
  • Question: Is there a way to view the live feed on a TV? Roku app?

    Answer: You can view live videos on your TV through Roku. Turn screen mirroring on in Roku, and then turn on casting in your phone settings. It works with Android and Windows computer, but not sure about iPhone.
  • Question: What is the activation distance if somebody is walking between the house and garage?

    Answer: 30 to 40 feet.
