Both inserts are exactly the same; shouldn't left and right be different?
Answer: Mine were shaped like regular inserts. Definitely a right and a left. -

Are your shoes and insoles the same size or different? What type of shoes are you wearing with the insoles?
Answer: Mine are the same size as my shoes, and I use them in my Keens (hiking shoes). They're not quite as wide as the Keen toe box, which has more toe room than many women's shoes. I really like the insoles. -
Question:
Are these insoles the same one in the Orthofeet shoes or intended for an addition to the shoes?
Answer: I put these insoles in my other shoes, like Propet. I don't know if they are intended to be used in the Orthofeet shoes. -
Question:
Can you use the insoles in sandals?
Answer: I don't know, I guess all you would have to do is try to see if they work. Personally, I wouldn't do it. -
Question:
Do you have to use the arch booster? Does it matter? It doesn't seem to stay in place in my shoes.
Answer: Mine did not come with the arch booster. So I wear mine without the green booster. The arch support is good for me without the green hook looking booster. -
Question:
Can these insoles be washed somehow? Mine are a bit ripe.
Answer: I did detergent and water. -
Question:
Do these help back pain?
Answer: Literature says it does. I have chronic low back pain, they don't help that. I do have bad feet, their shoes and orthotics do help my feet. My reason for buying the insoles was my very bad foot left a deep indentation in the insoles. They are very nice and support my feet very well. -
Question:
Can you return these if they don't fit your shoe?
Answer: Yes, I am sure you can.
