The cleanup is easy, as it uses water instead of any hazardous materials. However, using this primer on ceramic tile floors is not recommended, as the floor surface is susceptible to scraping easily. It is also not ideal to use over wallpaper adhesive, as the water in the primer reactivates the wallpaper glue residue.
