Terrasoul Superfoods Organic Coconut Sugar is an unrefined sugar with trace minerals that is low glycemic. It is made purely from coconut sugar without any additional erythritol or maltodextrin. The sugar has 15 calories per teaspoon and can be used for canning and fruit preserves as a replacement for cane sugar. It also does not need Prop 65 warning. The product is sold in 2-1lb bags, and carbohydrate and fiber amounts are listed on the package. Customers with pre-diabetes highly recommend this sugar. They found that the product was equal to raw sugar in terms of taste, with a nice "brown sugar" flavor.
