It comes with a dropper applicator and mascara/eyeliner wands to help you make use of every last drop. The quality is really good, and the product is certified organic by Ecocert Ico and USDA. The product is made in the USA. This oil is not recommended for use on lash extensions as oils can loosen the adhesive used for lash extensions. However, it is great to use on natural lashes to help promote growth. Mixing it with a carrier oil like jojoba or coconut oil is recommended for hair growth. Many customers experienced positive results with the product. Some used it to combat fine lines and wrinkles while others used it to help grow their hair or lashes. However, some customers experienced issues with the applicator and reported that the product was greasy and can soil clothes.
