Bowers&Wilkins Over-Ear Headphones Editorial Review

The Bowers & Wilkins PX headphones are active headphones that must have power to work. Although they are heavier than the Bose and Sony headphones, the build is great and they feel solid. They have a tight fit and are more adaptable for small heads. The ear cup openings are 60mm in height X 40mm width, opening out to 73mm X 57mm on the inside by Consequence of the chamfered design. They come with 6 small microphones, 4 for adaptive noise cancellation, and 2 for phone calls. It handles phone calls with ease and great clarity. However, they can be uncomfortable to wear for more than about 30 minutes, and the headband metal that supports speaker can become broken or bent after Constant use. It is also difficult to successfully achieve Bluetooth pairing, and it requires installation of a special Bowers & Wilkins utility. The sound quality is excellent, and although they don't have the greatest noise cancelation feature, they compare easily to the wired P7 and close to the P9 that I also own.
