The earphones are comfortable, but some users find it challenging to deal with the deep insertion they require. The ear-tip kit helps greatly in finding a perfect fit, and the “memory foam” tips offer the greatest isolation. However, they can offer such a tight insertion that they fell apart within a day of use. An aftermarket “comply” tip may hold up better. The headphones deliver great sound quality and are suitable for use with cell phones and offer excellent noise isolation. The product is sturdy and durable, but the ear tip and foam quality seem to be cheap and require frequent replacement.
