The product has a VOC rating of 28 g/L (VOC Content determined via EPA Method 24). Most users find it easy to use, although it appears to wear off after a year or so of use, leading some to switch to a different product. The product needs to be applied to raw bare wood and cannot be applied over stains, sealers, paint, polyurethane, or varnish.
