Although they are not rated for weight, they are strong enough to hold up to a 15lb skipjack tuna. However, there is a flaw to be aware of. The straps do not work on Avet reels as the lugs are too small, and the clips are too big and thick. Overall, the Braid Reel Straps are a good quality product that is ideal for anyone looking for a new reel strap.
