Customer Experience: Based on customer feedback, a majority of the customers found the bottle to be easy to use and clean. Customers liked the control of milk flow that their babies got while using the AVENT nipple. However, there were concerns about the strong chemical smell that the bottle had, the nipple leaking when the bottle was shaken, and the price of the bottle being expensive ($16 for one bottle).
