The Ampeg Rocket Bass RB 110 is a 50-watt combo amplifier suitable for bass guitar and possibly guitar as well. It is portable, powerful, and comes with excellent quality sound. The amp features good inputs for phones, auxiliary courses, and nice 3-band EQ. The auxiliary jack plays through the speaker or headphones and headphones will mute the speaker output. It includes a phone output for stereo headphones, and one can connect a 1/8" headphone connection. It can also connect two instruments, but it's mainly designed for bass guitar. This amp is excellent for 70's funk, blues, rock and roll, and recording purposes. The price is great value for money, and the build quality is exceptional. The amp is lightweight and trendy. Reviewers recommend it. However, some customers find the sound quality is lacking, very boxy with farty low-end, and not living up to the Ampeg brand name. The intermittently cutting out on higher volume is a deal-breaker for some.
