Customers who experienced issues with the installation process noted that the rack required some modifications, and some threaded inserts needed a thread chaser due to the powdercoating. However, the general Consensus is that the product is of high quality and has a good price point. The black version of the rack comes with a corrosion-resistant paint that may make turning the clamp screws difficult. Some customers suggest using a 7/16" 16 thread/inch tap to clean the threads. The rack doesn't fit a 2023 Nissan Frontier and requires adapters for Tacomas 2006. Overall, the TracRac TracONE Universal Truck Rack is a good product and a reasonable purchase for the price.
