It molds to the body, cradling you perfectly, and doesn't have any smell or need to sit for any length of time. One customer even used it to help with spinal issues and is now sleeping wonderfully. However, some customers have reported that the topper moves around during the night and can be difficult to keep in place. Additionally, a couple of reviewers received defective products where the memory foam never expanded to the proper size and was completely flat.
