The phone comes with an Alexa built-in, which cannot be removed, so if this is a concern, this phone may not be the right choice. It also does not support wireless charging nor does it have an IR blaster. However, the phone comes with a fast-charging charger which compensates for its fast-draining battery. It works well with most carriers, including Verizon, but may require help from the carriers to enable CDMA-less usage. The phone is generally well-received by customers and comes in excellent condition.
