    Answer: There is a bolt that requires an Allen wrench, which adjusts the clamping force on the silver ball. There are also other set screws that adjust the tension on other parts of the arm.
  • Question: Will a TV be able to turn completely sideways?

    Answer: I can turn my monitor 180 degrees with it mounted on this mount.
