How big of a lip overhang does my desk need to mount it properly to the desk?
Answer: 4" gives you plenty of space. I would recommend utilizing one of the holes for cords to mount it. -

Will 32" tvs work with this?
Answer: 32" tvs work with this monitor stand, but you need to check if there are VESA mounting holes on the back of the monitor and the weight of the TV within 17.6lbs. -
Question:
Will it work with sceptre curved monitors?
Answer: This monitor mount only fits monitors which own the following three specs at the same time: Screen size: 13" to 32", Weight capacity: 3.3-17.6lbs, Must have 4 VESA mounting holes and the VESA pattern is 75x75 or 100x100mm. Please check if there are 4 VESA mounting holes on the back of the monitor and if the VESA pattern is 75x75 or 100x100mm. If there are no VESA mounting holes or only 2 holes, you will need a VESA adapter to mount this monitor.
