No added Maida. Its delicate texture is ideal for preparig a variety of dishes - both sweet and savory preparations like upma, kheer, payasam or vermicelli pulao.

Boil 6.5 cups (1300ml) milk in a heavy bottomed vessel, add roasted vermicelli and cook for about 8 minutes. Add 3/4th cup (150g) sugar. Cook for 5 minutes, add 1/4 tsp of cardamom powder. Mix well and serve hot
