The secondary picture shows a 3 pack. The manufacturer description says a one pack. Which is it?
Answer: One package contains one balloon. If it says 3, you will get 3. -

Are there tie points on the top and bottom or just the top?
Answer: There is a tie point at the bottom and the blow in tube at the top can also be used as a tie area. -
Question:
Can it be tied to a gallon jug so it can float in a pool?
Answer: It floats on its own, so there is no need to tie it to a jug. -
Question:
How is it installed or hung? Does it need helium or just air?
Answer: Just blow it up with air and tie it to a tree branch so it hangs. If you fill it with helium, it may come undone from the tree and float away. -
Question:
Will the balloon deter/scare off a cat?
Answer: There is no evidence that it scares off cats. Instead, try using old CDs with string/mono attached so that it swings and flashes in the wind. -
Question:
Does this work with turkeys?
Answer: Turkeys don't seem to notice the balloon when it is hung high above the ground. -

Answer: One balloon might work for a smaller space, but it does not have a hook on the bottom for anchoring purposes.
