Despite this discrepancy, the urns are still Considered to be nice and beautiful by those who purchased them. One customer mentioned that they had to order a bigger urn because the size of these urns was far smaller than they expected. Another customer expressed disappointment with the misleading advertisement, giving the product a lower rating for that reason.
