The customers found the stool to be lightweight, easy to assemble and very helpful in reaching high shelves. However, some customers found the product to be expensive for what it is and one of the small wheels broke causing the stool to become unusable. Some customers also experienced problems with the stool leaning to one side and sticking, and some reported that clips and wheels have fallen off rendering it useless.
