About This Item
Product Title: Dettol Original Liquid Antiseptic Disinfectant, 500ml Description: Keep yourself and your loved ones protected with Dettol Original Liquid Antiseptic Disinfectant. This highly effective concentrated solution kills bacteria and protects against germs, helping to prevent infection and illness. Whether you have minor cuts, bites, grazes, or insect stings, this antiseptic disinfectant is perfect for cleansing wounds. In addition to its antiseptic qualities, Dettol Liquid can also be used for dandruff, spots, and pimples, as well as for personal hygiene if medically advised.
The product contains chloroxylenol, a powerful ingredient proven to be safe and effective in combating germs. For wound cleansing, simply dilute two and a half teaspoons (12.5ml) of Dettol Liquid in 1/2 pint (1/4 litre) of water and wash the affected area. Cover with dry gauze or lint for added protection. For personal hygiene, when medically advised, dilute two teaspoons (10mls) of Dettol Liquid in 2 pints (1L) of water.
Use it for dandruff by pouring one tablespoon in 1pt (1/2 L) of warm water and applying it to the scalp. Leave it on for 10 minutes before shampooing. For treating spots and pimples, mix one tablespoon (15ml) with 1/2 pt (1/4 L) of warm water and bathe the affected area daily. When using Dettol Liquid, be cautious to avoid contact with the eyes, and in case of accidental ingestion, drink plenty of water or milk and seek medical advice.
Do not use this product on eczema or similar dry skin conditions, and avoid it if you are allergic to chloroxylenol or any other ingredients. It is important to note that this product should not be used undiluted. Ensure the safety of your family by keeping the Dettol Liquid Antiseptic Disinfectant out of reach of children and not recommended for use around cats.
