** HP OfficeJet Pro 8122e Multifunction Printer** The HP OfficeJet Pro 8122e has seen a mixed reception amongst users, highlighting both its strong functionalities and significant limitations that tarnish the overall experience. On the one hand, many users praise its multifunctionality—printing, scanning, copying, and faxing capabilities—making it ideal for office environments. The printer delivers impressive results for standard documents and offers excellent print quality when functioning optimally. However, several customers have expressed dissatisfaction with frequent issues, particularly related to photo printing, where images often come out only partially printed or not at all. This has led to frustration with the support experience; users have reported lengthy interactions primarily with automated systems before finally reaching human assistance, which often did not resolve the issues but rather required lengthy reconfigurations. Some users noted significant difficulties during setup, with accounts taking hours to complete and navigating the HP Smart App proving less straightforward than anticipated. Moreover, recurring problems with features like AirPrint and the printer being unable to recognize paper in its tray were highlighted, with many users feeling that they had to spend an unreasonable amount of time troubleshooting rather than achieving productive results. Despite some positive feedback regarding the app’s functionality and overall performance in non-photo printing, the reliability and support aspects leave many feeling disappointed, contributing to a sentiment that HP's quality has declined in recent years. Ultimately, while the HP OfficeJet Pro 8122e has potential for high performance and utility in an office setting, it falls short in execution, particularly when users encounter technical issues or need assistance. This has led to mixed feelings about recommending this printer, as efficiency and ease of use are paramount for busy professionals. **
