- Ear cleaning has never been safer or easier thanks to the Medi Grade Ear Wax Removal Syringe kit. Designed for home-use, simply attach one of the colour-coded Quad-stream silicone tips and fill the ear irrigation syringe with lukewarm water. With your head above a sink or basin, place the syringe tip in the outer ear canal, tilt your head to the side and gently squeeze the plunger, allowing dislodged earwax to drain from the ear. Unlike most ear wax removers such as cotton swabs, that risk further compacting ear wax and damaging the eardrum, Medi Grade's gentle, water-powered ear irrigation allows users to safely remove earwax using nothing more than a 360-degree influx of pressurised water. This ear syringe can also be used in combination with other popular ear care products such as ear wax cleaner/ear wax softener drops - simply soften the wax for several days prior to irrigating.
