Classics Editorial Review
Dante's Divine Comedy Set is a fascinating and captivating trilogy that has kept the attention of readers. The translation and notes are of high quality, making it one of the greatest literary works ever written. The bilingual format and extensive notes provided by the translator are useful. While some may prefer a poetic translation, this prose translation by John Sinclair is highly enjoyable. The commentary in the books is a standout feature. However, there are some shortcomings such as spotty print quality and a lack of illustrations. Overall, it is a recommended addition to any library.
